Troy Haughton

Troy has ten plus years of experience in the corporate sector working for large organizations. He specializes in forecast analysis, brand management, pricing and planning, risk and assessment measurement, and has an unparalleled ability to operate at a fast pace while ensuring stellar quality performance. In his most recent role, he oversaw over ten zones of the business to determine rates/pricing for high-profile opportunity clients. In addition, he collaborated and presented key findings to senior leadership and proposed recommendations for continuous process improvement. Based on his experience, Troy has all the qualities and acumen of an exceptional real estate agent. He completed both his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors of Science in Management degrees at Cardinal Stritch University.

In addition to his rigorous work schedule, Troy still makes time for the most important part of his life, his family. In his time he loves being with his wife of 12 years and 6-year-old son Troy Jr. He is heavenly involved in the work of his church and is a dedicated member of the music ministry. He also is a firm believer in community advocacy and has volunteered to assist with programs such as Soles for Jesus, Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross Blood drive, and Walk-Run for Lupus. He assisted as the varsity boys basketball coach at the University School of Milwaukee, where he enjoyed teaching the game and providing life skills on and off the court. He believes in laying a foundation of education, economic empowerment, and modeling Christian behavior for the next generation.
