Trish Lee

For the past 30 years, Trish has called the Westside her home. She grew up in a family that invested in rental properties and as a result, acquired a keen interest in real estate from a young age. Over the past four years, she has owned and managed a successful rental property business. She is a strong negotiator, listens intently to understand her clients’ needs, and works hard to attain her clients’ goals.

Trish graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and was a part of the art honors program in high school that helped her develop a keen eye for design. She passed the CPA exam and worked in both tax and general accounting in her early career years. As an occupational therapist for both the elderly and young children, she relates well with people of all ages and varying backgrounds. With her unique background, she is able to bring creativity to serve her clients well in preparing a home for sale, patience, and compassion to help the elderly transition from one living situation to another, and is able to help guide homeowners and buyers in the financial aspects of making decisions to purchase and sell real estate.

Trish can be described as friendly, energetic, and tenacious. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, hiking, bicycling, and dining at local restaurants, as well as designing her own clothes, and decorating her rental properties.
