A local Washingtonian, Travis grew up in Potomac, MD the son of an award-winning real estate agent and a real estate marketing director. Quickly taking to the industry, he joined the family business while obtaining his B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland and transitioned to a full-time role immediately after graduating.
Over his 15 year career, Travis has closed over $100M and been directly involved in north of $500M of transactions, having represented a diverse pool of clients ranging from first-time home buyers to high net worth individuals - including those in the sports, entertainment and political spheres. Through working with many of the area’s top builders, he developed a passion for investing which led him to complete his Masters in Real Estate Development and Finance at Georgetown University and subsequently found a development firm, R Street Development, specializing in multi-family projects in historic DC neighborhoods.
At the core of Travis's philosophy is the conviction that his role is not one of traditional "sales" but rather to foster a collaborative environment with each client to provide them with singular and unparalleled advice on how to achieve their unique real estate goals.
