Travis Billingham

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, my journey in real estate began alongside my father, who has been in the business since I was a child. I decided to get licensed in 2001 when my father established a KW franchise, fully immersing myself in the industry I’d known my entire life. After meeting my wife-to-be, I saw the light and we relocated to New England in 2018, settling in Rye, NH. We found our way to southern Maine and now live in York with my wife, Elizabeth, and our three children, and I continue to serve our clients in both the Maine and New Hampshire markets.

I have over two decades of experience, working at KW for over twenty years, as well as leading a top team of 14 agents.  In 2023, I joined the Compass, the #1 real estate Company in the country and market leader in New England. My office is in Portsmouth, NH, and my expertise spans the luxury market, new construction and development, multifamily properties, land sales, and helping investors find off-market properties. 

In 2024 I launched The Coastline Collective, a dynamic team of agents covering Massachusetts, coastal New Hampshire, and southern Maine.  We now specialize in marketing luxury listings and helping builders find land to build on, as well as facilitating and bringing life to new construction and developments.

In addition to serving clients in our local market, I’ve partnered with the Compass Market Advisors Network, a group of highly experienced Compass agents from across the country. This allows me to seamlessly connect my clients with trusted agents, especially for those relocating.
