Tracy was the sales agent on a new home I recently purchased-She was the sellers agent. I was impressed with her ability to look at things from the buyers perspective. Once we closed on the home I asked her if she would help sell my condo that another agent was having trouble selling. The prior sales agent had been trying to sell my condo for 3 months, and was getting offers way below the listing price in a hotbed area. When Tracy came on board, it took her one weekend of houses to get a great offer. Her attention to detail and alterations necessary to show a space is impressive. The work she will do to help stage the right atmosphere within the space is a specialty. Her knowledge and experience in the game is where she excels and where most other agents fail.

When unpredictable obstacles happened within our escrow, she was ready and had a game plan on how to get things back on track. She has a good team around her, including a good escrow company that made things very easy.
