About Tracy
Tracy Clark, a realtor who learned her craft under the auspicious presence of her mother, Chobee Hoy, is dedicated to the art of serving.
Tracy believes that her clients want to know what’s happening within their transactions, as things are taking place. Exchanging information is of the upmost importance in creating a professional relationship based on trust, experience and dedication to each and every transaction.
As a professional singer for much of her adult life, Tracy understands the importance of “show” and uses her talents in this light when she is presenting her clients properties to the market. Presentation is of the utmost importance. With this ideal in mind, Tracy uses her “team” of everyone from designers to “clean out” companies to tackle any project related to your sale. It is not beyond Tracy’s expertise to help her sellers that are not local, empty an entire home and prepare it for the market. She is the ultimate multi tasker using her expert organizational skills and creativity to get things done well and in a timely manner.
As an lifelong Brookline resident, she is active in the arts community and local non profits., Tracy has served on many local boards and chaired at least one fundraising campaign for almost every non profit in town, including The Brookline Public Library, and continues to serve on numerous committees.
