"We bought our dream home in Mt.Washington in February of 2018 - and we couldn't have done it without Tracey. Tracey was the third realtor that we worked with over a four year period and we couldn't believe what a difference it made working with someone who really knew what they were doing. She guided us with confidence all the way. She showed my husband and I a lot of houses and was always positive - no matter how much work they needed. Her knowledge of historic homes was so beneficial and she was not scared to get her hands dirty when we were crawling around attics and basements. She really listened to what we wanted and had solid, fact-based advice that helped us make the best decision for our family. We cannot recommend her enough! We live in our dream home and we could not have done it without Tracey."

"We recently worked with Tracey Clark to purchase our first home. She was incredibly helpful from the beginning to the very end. She was very patient as we looked at many homes, had lots of good intel on the conditions of the homes we looked at, and her knowledge about the mortgage process (as well as inspection, etc.) came in handy as we closed on the final property. Tracey was always available to discuss our options -- even when she went on vacation! She made the process smooth and her enthusiasm and positive energy were a great asset during our search! I recommend Tracey highly."

"This was my first home and I can't imagine having gone through this process without Tracey. Her breadth of knowledge about Baltimore homes, architecture, the homebuying process, and real estate is extensive and impressive. But what makes Tracey great at what she does is her personable nature and the simple ways she's able to understand and reassure a nervous homebuyer like me. I didn't hesitate to reach out to her whenever I had any concerns and she was always welcoming, never making me feel like a burden. I would recommend Tracey to anybody looking for a home in Baltimore City. I've heard horror stories from family and friends about their agents and I was happy that I could not relate. Tracey guided me through this process and I am very grateful for all her help."
