About Tory
With a background in historic preservation from the College of Charleston and a graduate degree in Urban Planning, Tory Brubaker’s education and passion for architecture, real estate, and great neighborhoods have given her unique expertise and valuable skills that she uses daily to find the best homes and deals for her clients.
After spending many years in New York working in the marketing and strategy teams for multiple new development projects, she moved into client work in residential real estate and hasn’t looked back. Her professional experience provides an in-depth understanding of each step of any real estate transaction, whether it be for homebuyers and sellers, developers, or renters.
Born in Sandbridge, Virginia, she began visiting New York City as a child and fell in love with the bright lights, beautiful buildings, and frenetic pace and moved to the city quickly after graduate school. With 10 years in the city behind her, she is happy to call herself an ‘official’ New Yorker and continues to enjoy all the things this amazing place has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys sparkling wine and conversation, great restaurants, her Peloton bike, and playing with her dogs, Maeve and Wasabi.
