About Tony
Tony represents both buyers and sellers of real estate on the North Coast. Services include hunting down on and off-market agricultural assets, real estate valuation, negotiation, due diligence, marketing, and transaction close, and access to his deep rolodex of clientele which includes PCA's, vineyard managers, graphics designers, engineers, vineyard development design professional, reservoir and grading contractors, and a host of other entitlement consultants.
Tony's reputation is on value-added services, ranging from assisting in the creation of wine brands, grower relations of wine grapes, and more. His main territory is in the North Coast Counties (Napa, Sonoma, Lake, and Mendocino Counties) but is known to branch out across the broader Bay Area region and the greater California landscape.
Prior to real estate, Tony grew up working on his family's vineyard, is a 3rd generation grape grower, and operates his own estate vineyard along the Russian River. Tony approaches his business with "be the hardest worker in the " mentality, coupled with crucial area knowledge giving his clients a degree of confidence and customer experience when they engage his services. Tony has spent the last two decades building ironclad relationships, and much of his business comes from word of mouth and referral.
