Toni Ghazi

Toni helped my partner and I rent our first apartment in DC and then purchase a home in Capitol Hill two years later. All of his five star reviews will tell you how great of an agent he is (so true). But moreover, Toni is a great person, and that is the reason why I loved working with him and will recommend him to any of my friends who are looking for a home in the area. 1) Toni is judgement-free. Of all the places we saw, he was supportive, whether we liked the place or not and genuinely wanted us to be happy. He was never judgmental about our budget for our first home and didn't try to push us out of our comfort zone. He stuck with us until we found what was right for us. 2) I wanted to take one last look at a house on a Sunday evening before I put an offer in. I ended up changing my mind after seeing the house again, but Toni dropped what he was doing and rushed from the gym to the house to help me. The house we were looking at was abandoned mid-reno and was a bit of a disaster. He helped me figure out all of the houses' quirks for two hours-- if there were original wood floors under the laminate, if we could salvage any of the trim work, etc. He could've been doing something much more exciting on a Sunday night than lifting up dirty old flooring with me. He always took his time with us, and you would never think that he had several other clients. 3) He'll advocate for you and be on your team. There are countless times where I didn't think to ask for something, but he was always one step ahead of us and went above and beyond what I would've expected. Thank you, Toni!

We just purchased our second home with Toni and he was absolutely amazing to work with. He left no detail behind and was so on top of every part of the process. In fact, we had a lot of difficulty with our lender being behind and he was terrific with helping stay on top of them for deadlines to make sure we were protected throughout the process and that our closing was not pushed back. Toni was a great help, from start to finish. He is experienced, kind and helpful, and works seemingly all the time around the clock to help you. But he is also not aggressive or pushy with you as his client. I trusted him completely, which in the end is the most important trait when choosing between the 100s of realtors out there. I also really appreciate how non-judgmental he is - of your choices, and your timing, and ultimately of what works for you.
