About Thomas
Tom Davila’s passion for real estate began at an early age under the tutelage of his grandfather who taught him the true secret to success in the real estate business: Honesty. As Tom built his personal real estate portfolio, he also gained unparalleled knowledge of construction, renovation and design. It is this unique and thorough insight that allows Tom to guide clients, helping them make informed decisions about their largest and most important investments.

In 2005, Tom and business partner Kennon Earl joined forces to create RARE Properties, dedicated to providing the best possible service to both buyers and sellers. Ranked among the top teams in all of Los Angeles and the Desert area for the last 19 years, their work has been featured on HGTV’s "Selling LA."

Prior to real estate, Tom was the president of Warner Bros. signature visual effects studio responsible for THE MATRIX sequels and other high-profile films. Through his experience in the entertainment industry, he cultivated long-standing relationships with some of the most influential executives in Hollywood and around the world.

A lifelong Angeleno, Tom was born in Encino and raised in the Hollywood Hills. He is a graduate of the California State University-Northridge.
