Tom Bossard

A little about me - my name is Tom Bossard and I’ve lived in the Bay Area all my life. I grew up in Campbell, my mom grew up in San Jose, my dad grew up in San Francisco, my grandfather graduated from Los Gatos elementary school in 1923 and my great-grandmother grew up in south San Jose. My grandparents had a beach house in Rio Del Mar, so I spent a lot of time as a kid at Seacliff Beach, where I developed a love of anything connected to the surf. I moved to the beach after high school and did construction and attended Cabrillo College. At 21 I got my real estate license and bought my first house in 1976 in Capitola, at the age of 23. Over the next several years I bought several more rental properties while continuing to do construction. I have two adorable daughters Sydney and Hannah. Surfing and skiing used to take up all my spare time, now it’s my girls. My favorite thing in life now is the time I spend in each of their classes as a volunteer. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked in the restaurant business and managed my rentals, while starting a family and sneaking in a little surf or windsurf session whenever I can. I think my love for the area is obvious; let me share my knowledge of the area and real estate to help you with your real estate needs.
