"My wife and I needed to sell our beloved home of 19 years due to having to relocate for work. It was a bittersweet decision, but Todd thoroughly understood our conflicted feelings and attachment to our home. He helped make the transition as easy as it possibly could have been. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, no less! Todd had some amazing suggestions to help us get the most interest and the best price possible. Because this was our first experience selling a home, we really didn’t know what to expect. Todd walked us through every single step with great patience and expertise. "Todd is an amazing real estate agent! He is honest, responsive, thorough and has excellent judgment. We listed our house with him just before the pandemic hit and he somehow managed to keep the sale on track notwithstanding the situation. The buyer insisted on extensive repairs and Todd managed them for us because we are on the other side of the country.
