A Florida native, TL loves Miami and south Florida and has resided there since 1992. Helping his community grow and his fellow south Floridians prosper is very important. He has volunteered or served on boards for organizations with missions dedicated to serving the needs of children, individuals with HIV/AIDS, and cultural arts. TL currently serves as vice president for his condominium association and has gained valuable experience shepherding his building through its 40-year recertification, including securing a $20M construction loan.
