About Tinnie

Tinnie Sassano, a native of Manhattan's Lower East Side neighborhood, boasts an impressive track record of over eighteen years in the real estate industry. Her deep-rooted connection to the city, coupled with her extensive industry experience, has positioned her as a trusted and knowledgeable real estate professional.


Beginning her career in the financial district on Wall Street, Tinnie soon transitioned into a leadership role, overseeing marketing and sales for a real estate development company along the Florida Gulf Coast. Leveraging her innate design sensibility and a client-centric approach characterized by honesty and directness, Tinnie played an integral role in launching successful sales and marketing campaigns for various new development projects. Eventually, her passion for real estate brought her back to her beloved New York City.


Upon returning, Tinnie took the bold step of establishing her own real estate sales brokerage, which she adeptly nurtured and managed for several years. In June of 2014, she joined forces with Yardena Agresta to form the Tinnie Sassano Team at Compass. Their partnership created a powerful foundation, combining dynamic expertise and an unrivaled range of services for their esteemed clientele.


Notably, Tinnie served as the Director of Sales for prestigious new development projects, such as 100 E 53rd Street, under the leadership of Leonard Steinberg. This visionary project, designed by renowned architect Sir Norman Foster, represents a harmonious fusion of modern residences with the artistic and architectural influences of the past century. Additionally, Tinnie held the role of Director of Sales for 172 Madison Avenue, a highly coveted residential development designed by Shamir Shah.
