When it come to selling properties for her clients, she takes on the one-stop-service task to manage all details using her trustworthy vendors, from updating the home, doing repairs, staging, to marketing. She uses the best staging company that suits the property style to bring the home to the best presentation to buyers. During negotiation stage with the buyer agents, she uses her experienced skill to insure her clients get the best buyers for their properties. After in contract, following up with buyers' agents and lenders is her priority to make sure the closing is smooth and successful. She understands that selling a home could be very nerve racking for sellers. Her compassion and patience make her a peace maker to her sellers.

The same with buying properties, she understands purchasing a home is one of the biggest financial decision. Her knowledge and patience have been her great assets to assist her buyers. She will make the effort to get to know her clients' situation, concern and life plan so she could think out of the box for them to find the best and most suitable properties for them. No matter if it is first time homebuyers or real estate investors, she will hold theirs hands to go through each step with thorough explanation. Her clients' satisfaction with her service is her biggest reward as a real estate agent.

A native Chinese, Ting grew up in Mainland China, received her Bachelor's degree from Finance University in China. She speaks Mandarin fluently. Besides helping local buyers, Ting’s understanding of the Chinese culture has made her a perfect bridge for the Chinese buyers to the American culture, making it easier for Chinese buyers purchase or invest in Silicon Valley. 

As a mom to a 7-year-old boy, Ting's life is full and well balanced. She enjoys driving her son to all sports,  reading and chatting about life with him before bed each night. Her favorite "me time" is working out and  never gives up on it no matter how busy her daily life could get. 

Real Estate is not a work for her, it is her passion. She loves what she does and feels very fortunate to be able to do what she loves every single day.
