We began our search for a house from out-of-state and Timmie listened carefully during our first phone conversation and remembered every detail of what we were looking for. She made herself fully available during the weekends that we chose to visit and tirelessly drove us around touring potential homes. She was always positive, upbeat, and professional. After the home inspection revealed several problems, Timmie used her excellent network of contractors to get me reasonable estimates on the major work that needed to be done; she then worked tirelessly to negotiate substantial closing cost help to pay for these repairs (and more) on my as-is contract.
