"I’ve dealt with a number of real estate agents over the years and Tim ranks at the top of the list. His knowledge of the Northern Virginia market and entire real estate transaction process was superb. He had an uncanny sense for finding properties that my wife and I were interested in touring. He always came very prepared with data and printouts of the prospective properties we’d be touring and was never late. Tim was very patient with us as we tried to understand the area, different types of homes, and pros/cons of each property.
