Drawing on a background in Architecture and Design, Tim brings a unique perspective to buying and selling homes on Cape Cod. With a successful design business on the Outer Cape, he specializes in architecturally significant homes, historic properties, and houses in need of renovation work. To each transaction Tim brings a strong attention to detail, an extensive resource network, and years of experience bringing buyers and sellers together.

When not traveling to and from various projects and properties, you can find Tim reading a book on one of the Outer Cape beaches, exploring one of the area's many hiking trails, or tending the garden outside at his Wellfleet home.
