About Tim
Metro-Denver real estate brokers Tim and Maureen Clark share decades of experience, essentially beginning their careers right out of college.
Tim Clark spent 14 years as Vice President/Managing Broker for an international real estate firm and played a pivotal role in the company’s successful expansion into the Douglas County Market. Tim chose to re-engage with his clients in a more personal and distinctive way by transitioning back to the transactional side of real estate. This has enabled him to share his wealth of knowledge and PhD level expertise, providing a competitive advantage for his clients.
His extensive real estate knowledge encompasses comprehensive property valuation, new home sales, construction, and finance. Tim’s journey included being a collegiate swimmer and water polo player, and he carries a deep enthusiasm for sports and outdoor activities, particularly golf, skiing, and flyfishing.
As a Colorado native, Maureen understands Colorado’s popularity presents its own set of challenges and calibrates buyer expectations with finesse. She understands the preciousness of Colorado’s resources is in direct correlation to its staggering beauty and communicates this to her clients, bringing them into a communal commitment to maintain the integrity of the land. Maureen’s greatest strength is her ability to listen. “With every new client, you’re auditioning and there’s a very short window of opportunity to demonstrate your expertise.” Every time a client speaks, they’re sharing what matters most: their hopes, dreams, priorities and fears and Maureen’s taking inventory. With this asset, she becomes a true advocate with an unfailing attitude tailored to help you reach your goals.
Tim and Maureen live in Castle Pines Village, surrounded by ponderosa pines and wildlife. Both are major golf enthusiasts; a sport Maureen calls a “therapeutic escape” and play regularly at The Country Club at Castle Pines. They also enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren, aged 3 to 7 years old and occasionally host “Cousins Camp” ...no parents allowed!
“We understand there are many reasons people move during their lifetimes. It may be chasing career opportunities, family demands...seeking ideal academic, artistic or athletic influences for our children or providing support for an aging loved one. Eventually, we get to make choices based on our own desires. We’re here to help you through each stage, especially when lifestyle becomes YOUR choice.”
