He was always available to answer all of our questions and talked us through every step of the process. We would recommend Thomas for anyone looking to buy or sell property, he’s the best and an absolute pleasure to work with!"

★★★★★

★★★★★
"Thomas was exceptional throughout the whole process of the purchase of my first new home. He Thoroughly guided the process, negotiated on my behalf, was detail oriented and made the whole thing seamless. I was able to close in record time because he was on top of everything! Super patient and accommodating. I highly recommend Thomas Caramanno! Thank you so much for everything."

★★★★★
"Thomas is a knowledgeable and personable professional that made finding our first home easy and stress free despite doing so during a pandemic. He was flexible and able to accommodate our busy schedules with showings. We will definitely recommend him to friends and family."

★★★★★
"I met Tom in summer to look at a co-op in Bayside. I walked off the street with no realtor and he was representing the seller. Tom was confident and knew his product and the area very well.He helped me negotiate a fair price for the coop and I never had the need to have my own realtor. I felt confident with him. He gave me timely updates. He also helped me review the coop application so there wouldn't be any delays with the board. If you're looking for a property in Queens give Tom a call."

★★★★★
"Thomas was fantastic from start to finish as he helped me navigate the buying process during these unprecedented times. I was leery of moving to a new neighborhood and his knowledge of Astoria and the market only solidified my decision to move to this bustling neighborhood. He showed me his favorite hidden gems as an Astoria native as well as things I would like based on my interests. He was meticulous, diligent and charismatic which made the entire experience enjoyable."

★★★★★
"Thomas did a great job listening to what I was looking for and was fast to book open houses when I found property I liked. Thomas explained the pros and cons with the different coops and made it easy for a first time buyer like myself. He also was very responsive and helped connect me with everyone needed to complete the purchase. I would highly recommend Thomas if you are looking for property in Queens!"

★★★★★
"I know they say real estate is all about location, location, location but the great real estate professionals are all about patience, patience, patience. And we could not have asked for a more patient professional than Thomas. Given the simultaneous and unprecedented circumstances surrounding our time working with him (global pandemic, social revolution, state lock down, city curfew and an ensuing real estate industry freeze, to name a few), a more dedicated and agile person for this job could not be found. On top of being an all around great guy, Thomas possesses the inherent qualities of an attendant guide who can help you navigate the wilderness that is NYC real estate. Please do yourself a favor and reach out to him!"

★★★★★
"Thomas Caramanno was excellent to work with. Buying a coop in New York City requires knowledge of not just the market, but of the individual coop. Thomas has this. He can compare different developments and help compare the pros and cons. He knew personally all the attorneys and banks. I can't recommend him enough."

★★★★★
"I was very lucky to have Thomas guide me during my first ever purchase of a home. He answered all my questions and directed me to the right attorney and loan officer. Very responsive and just took care of everything that had to be done. Not to mention, I was located on the west coast during the whole process and he magically made the purchase happen seamlessly without any stress. I would highly recommend Thomas to my friends and family who are looking to buy a new home."

★★★★★
"I recently had the pleasure of working with Thomas when looking for my home. From day 1, Thomas was extremely responsive and all throughout the whole process, he was very patient, attentive, and always ready to help with issues that may have risen. I was really impressed with Thomas’s professionalism and his genuine interest in assuring I am satisfied with my decision on my new place. Thomas is also incredibly personable. I would HIGHLY recommend Thomas to anyone in the market to purchase a home. I will also look to Thomas when I have any future real estate needs. Thank you, Thomas, for everything."

★★★★★
"I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Thomas made my experience of buying a Coop painless. He was a great help and always available to answer my never ending questions. I would absolutely recommend Thomas to anyone looking for an agent."

★★★★★
"Thomas is on point. He was super helpful through every step of the process, ensuring things were moving along and nudging when they were held up. While he wasn’t my realtor, it felt as if he was because he was always quick to respond and most helpful during a process that can be super stressful. I would highly recommend Thomas and will definitely be working with him on future sales."

★★★★★
"Thomas was unlike any other agent my wife and I had met. From the very beginning, he was completely honest and patient with us. He guided us through the process of purchasing our first home in Forest Hills. He was available to speak with us day or night and managed every crisis that came up along the way. Many of the other agents we had dealt with were very aggressive and inpatient but Thomas proved that realtors can have skill, tenacity and a gentle touch. He demonstrated an impressive knowledge of Forest Hills and the queens market in general and even saved the deal from falling apart at the very last minute due to unforeseen issues. My wife and I cannot thank him enough and we definitely plan on using him when we eventually sell our home and purchase another. You will be in great hands with him!"

★★★★★
"Okay, I know this review was two years in the making, but better late than never! Thomas was incredible from start to finish. He helped us find a multi-family, investment property in northern Brooklyn. He was extremely knowledgable about the area and was honest from the beginning. He was also patient and did not rush us to make a decision. Thomas was especially useful in helping us negotiate with the seller and overseeing the transaction from start to finish. I purchased a home in Bed-Stuy with my mother and aunt, and the three of us lived in different states. Thomas masterfully coordinated the contract signing between all of us and was there to support us throughout every step of the process. He even helped us find tenants for both units of the house! I could not recommend him more. If you want a great home in NYC, he's your agent!"

★★★★★
"Tom is easily accessible and always quick to respond and give updates on home buying situation. Tom was honest and clear with the demands of the seller and helped connect me to with a bank lender. Would recommend having Tom as an agent."

About Thomas
Thomas was born and raised in Astoria, before there were coffee shops and sushi restaurants on every street corner. He spent his youth engaging in the same activities as any other adolescent growing up in the city: hanging out at "the strip" in Astoria Park and hopping trains to the West Village, where he futilely tried to get a tattoo or piercing on St. Mark's Place (a practice he would not recommend to today's teenagers).

Thomas earned his B.A. in Communications and Psychology from New York University, and an M.S. in Psychology from the CUNY Graduate Center. He then spent three years working as a psychologist within the Department of Education. However, his passion for the written word beckoned him to enroll in Columbia University's Journalism School, where he focused on print journalism. He freelanced for publications such as The Huffington Post and Buzzfeed before transitioning to real estate six years ago.

Since then, Thomas has become a five-star agent on Zillow as well as a member of Jessica Moves You: one of the top three-producing teams in all of Queens. Thomas has also served as a local chapter director for the LIBOR (Long Island Board of Realtors) Northeast Queens chapter. In 2020, he will serve on the LIBOR Grievance Committee, where he hopes to play an active role in peer mediation and conflict resolution amongst his fellow board members. Thomas' other interests include CrossFit, powerlifting, literature, classic films and organizing nearly every waking minute of his life on Post-It's.
