Thien worked as a property manager for over two years at Menlo Towers in Menlo Park. There, he supervised 60 units, by managing day-to-day operations, fostering strong relationships with the residents, and resolving all issues immediately. Thien worked closely with the HOA board members, creating a transparent and efficient line of communication between the residents and HOA. The residents can attest to Thien's high standard of service, as he is committed to making Menlo Towers a luxurious and welcoming home.
