Thiago began his career in the construction industry in 2002, graduated in Civil Engineering in 2009, and completed an MBA in Real Estate in 2014. He soon moved to Miami, where he obtained his Real Estate license and began working in the local Real Estate market.

His academic background and experience in Construction provide him with an integrated perspective on the Real Estate market, understanding the entire Project Development Cycle. This expertise is invaluable to Investors who need to assess the viability of a project before proceeding with a land acquisition. These strategic combination of Construction and Real Estate further solidifies his approach to the industry.

 
Since moving to Florida in 2015, Thiago Azevedo has become a prominent figure in the local real estate market. With over 20 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate industries, he excels in overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to high-quality standards. 

 
Constantly learning, Thiago has focused on adding value to his clients by providing input and strategic analyses for the development of Real Estate projects. In partnership with BASECON GROUP, a company specialized in the construction and real estate markets, he acts as an Owners Rep, performing analyses in design reviews, value engineering, bringing innovation and technology to his case studies. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Thiago is a dedicated family man, married to Claudia and proud father of two children, Beatriz and Lucas. He enjoys running, playing with his kids, cooking, and outdoor activities, which provide a well rounded balance to his dynamic career.
