Producer, I have enjoyed my career in Real Estate ~ started full time in June of 2002. I
am committed to taking care of my clients through attention to detail, market knowledge,
the highest level of customer service and negotiation skills. It is my pleasure to take the
stress out of home buying or selling.
My specific areas of real estate expertise are: Bourne, MA,
Sagamore Beach, Sagamore Highlands, Buzzards Bay, Catumet,
Gray Gables, Monument Beach, Pocasset, Wings Neck.
As a seller's agent, my specialty is marketing homes to set them apart, shining over their
competition. I consider myself to be a skilled negotiator, especially with multiple offers.
I also offer my seller clients staging advice as well as hiring experienced, professional
photographers to set their homes above their competition in our Cape Cod market.
As a buyer's agent, I enjoy helping my clients find their Dream Homes. Purchasing a
home is one of the most important decisions that they will ever make and I am proud to
be a part of that decision.

About Theresa ~
My family vacationed at Sagamore Beach for many years while I was growing up. My
dream was to eventually live here with my own family! We enjoyed many happy mem-
ories in Sagamore Beach while resting and relaxing together on the beach. I loved the
beach, canal and the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets so much that I always dreaded
heading home from our vacations every year.
I realized my dream and currently reside in Sagamore Beach with my husband, Robert,
a retired teacher and baseball/football coach. We previously lived in Upton, MA here we
raised our (3) sons, Chris, Michael and Sean. I was raised in Natick, MA and attended
Natick schools, and Mass Bay Community College in Wellesley.
My Dad was a successful Natick Realtor for many years. I worked for him in the early
80's, helping him acquire listings. As you can see, Real Estate has been a very important
part of my life, maybe that is why I love it so much!
