Born and raised in San Francisco, Theresa Pardini has been a resident of Sonoma since 1989. Her real estate career includes years of experience in title and escrow, real estate development, and property management, as well as working with other real estate professionals in both full service and luxury boutique real estate offices.

Theresa's diverse real estate knowledge is the foundation of the confident and caring attitude she conveys to all her clients. She owns and manages her own properties-from commercial to residential-to vacation rental, so she's attuned to the concerns of landlords and tenants as well as those of buyers and sellers. Theresa has her finger on the pulse of the ever-changing local real estate market. Using the latest technology, she tracks the trends and stays on top of every detail in her clients' transactions.

As a local resident of Sonoma, Theresa has many ties to the community where she has volunteered and enjoyed raising her children. She enjoys playing tennis, rooting on her local football and baseball teams, walking/running and staying involved in her adult children's activities.
