"Theo is the real deal. She'll happily go as many extra miles as it takes to find the right home for you. Working with Theo has been nothing short of an absolute blast from day one. I could not be more excited about my new home! Thanks Theo!"
"My relationship with Theo is an absolutely perfect example of what personal networking can, and should be. A 30+ year relationship with a financial planner led me to a 15+ year association with an estate-planning attorney, which in turn produced the recommendation for a real estate agent professional when I needed to sell a condo. From the initial contact, to the hand-shake at the conclusion of the closing, the terms I would use to describe Theo would include trust, confidence, and competence."
"Theo Jordan is the best. She helped me through the process start to finish and guided me every step of the way both emotionally and psychologically- I now have a great condo that I can call home and couldn't be happier. Special thanks to a very special person."
"Theo was awesome! She was very helpful throughout the process and eased my nerves about buying my first home! She was always responsive and her additional contacts were awesome!"
"Theo was the greatest! She was always available and so helpful in getting us into our amazing new home. Theo is definitely an expert in the business, and not only connected us with great people to help us along the way, but always was there for guidance when we had questions. We couldn't have asked for a better broker!"
After getting her license in 2009, Theo worked for one of the North Shore’s most successful brokers and aided in closing over $100 million in sales before starting her own team. To date, she has sold over $120 million and has participated in the sale of over $300 million throughout her career.
Theo is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Business Economics as well as a Certified Short Sale Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert. She has also been ranked in the Top 1% of brokers in Chicago 2016-2019.
When asked why she got into the business during such a historically tough housing market her response is, “If you can get through this, you can get through anything.”
She believes this career never lets you forget why you have two ears and only one mouth. As a broker, it’s our job to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and help clients prioritize their needs to get the job done.
