Specialties

Adriana brings her international exposure with a background as an international/legal translator working with real estate developers and financial firms in Argentina and in the US. Adriana Faerman’s foundation is built on comprehensive market expertise and high-touch customer service that elevates the experience for buyers, sellers and investors. 
Charles' over 36 years of experience relocating and helping home owners improve their homes is invaluable. He has an eye for what a home needs and builds an incomparable rapport with customers. He listens and understands their needs. 

Education

Adriana is a graduate with an Art Degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a Graduate Degree in Translation and Interpretation from the UBA. She has also attended several courses attaining an MIT Entrepreneurship Diploma in 2019. Adriana is fluent in English and Spanish with strong understanding of Portuguese and Italian.
Charles is a graduate from Berkeley, California. Has incredible communication skills and is a stand up aficionado. 

Charity

Adriana sponsors Beth Torah Benny Rok Campus, a conservative synagogue in Aventura where she has attended since 2000 when she moved to Miami. She has been a member of the Executed Board and has supported the initiatives organized by the Social Action Committee especially those assisting abused women. 
About The Team Miami

It’s been 5 years since we decided to partner on one deal. And like any other good relationship we took it slow. Five years later, we called each other’s husband and wife even though we are married to two different people. Building trust in any relationship is key. Over time we became like one person. As our trust grew and our relationship strengthened it became a contagious force for everyone we connected with. And Randi decided to join us, and we kept growing.

 Today our business is strong and healthy and everyone who works with us never feels left out and says we make the process fun and easy. We never go to work; we go and live our lives. We never stop eating, drinking, exercising rand breathing real estate. Even when we are traveling, we are looking at real estate. We wouldn’t know what to do without it. We do not go to work. We go to live.
Don’t get us wrong. We have families, we have interests, we have hobbies, strong civic interests and a healthy social life. And at the end of the day before we go to sleep it is still real estate.
