The Sharon Team advised the design and renovation of this spectacular single family home 1041 President Street was awarded top 10 Brooklyn Real Estate Listings of 2022 on Brownstoner. The team also staged the property and received 15 offers at the first open house. The property sold for 500k over asking at a price point that broke a Crown Heights all time record of 2.3 million ($1,500 per SF).
