Winnetka, along the beaches of Lake MIchigan, has been my home since 1991 and I am intimately familiar with each of our North Shore communities - the schools, organizations, government, and history. I engaged full time in the real estate business in 1994 after ten years in consumer advertising and marketing in Chicago on national brands from Mr. Clean to Cap’n Crunch and new products & consumer segments. My insights into consumer behavior gleaned from my prior advertising experience have been invaluable - after all, a home is the ultimate consumer purchase...a blend between lifestyle and economics.
Known as one of the hardest working people in real estate by both clients and peers, I collaborate with clients to navigate the art and science of real estate.
To assist buyers: The purchase experience requires a deep dive into each buyer's needs (everyone truly has different objectives) to help find the best home for each family on the continuum of value. Having grown up moving often, both domestically and internationally, I acquired an intuitive sense for real estate with an insatiable passion for its architecture, design, history, gardens, lifestyle and especially its value orientation.
