Christina Baldwin is very thorough, with attention to every detail to make the sale successful, and always responsive and available. Very noteworthy was the preparation of a package for the appraiser, which resulted in the property appraising for the full-value sale at the listing price. She was also very helpful working with the tenant who occupied the premises during showing, who was not always fully cooperative.
