He is a very upbeat person, is very knowledgeable of the real estate buying process, and is someone that I found goes way above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. I used him as a buyers agent, and he turned the entire process from a process into an experience. While working with him, he went out of his way to bend to my schedule, put in extensive effort researching my (actually quite particular) needs in a property, and put in extra time to research and out-there questions I had about the properties he found me. At closing, he made receiving the keys a truly memorable event by bringing out his real estate photographer to take pictures of it, and by putting in additional effort on other surprise things to make it fun and exciting. Beyond just his own personal effort, Merek surrounds himself with a team of highly professional people who provide high quality service for those portions of the process he doesn't do himself (mortgage lending, home inspection, handyman, etc.).
