Terrance Harris

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Terrance moved to the Palm Beach area over 30 years ago. He attended Virginia State University and concentrated on his coursework in Business Administration. While at school, he was also doing runway modeling. This experience, coupled with his passion for customer service led him to a path of leadership in retail for one of the world’s largest department stores. A 30-year professional trajectory from Salesperson to VP/General Manager, to Executive Trainer has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings. In his first year in Real Estate, he received the Rookie of the Year award. Terrance has been working as both a Seller’s and Buyer’s Representative. Terrance’s clients often describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around.

Terrance has lived for many years in South Florida, He currently resides in West Palm beach, Florida. He enjoys spending time on the beach, riding his bike, and traveling. Terrance splits his vacation time between travel and a historic home he is restoring in his hometown in Virginia. Over the years has volunteered for many charitable organizations and supports several great non-profit organizations including the United Way, Race for the Cure, The Lord’s Place, Turtle Nest Village, Inspirit and Flagler Montessori School.
