About Teresa
Teresa has joined the Narragansett office of Lila Delman Compass, which is a perfect fit for her. After a decade of enjoying the mountains and deserts of Utah, she visited Narragansett to visit a “friend” who had just moved there, and both won her heart. They married and set down roots there.
That love with this little corner of the state grew as her family did, and they moved to the quaint “downtown” of Wakefield to be immersed in a walkable, bike-friendly community and quickly got involved with advocacy, another natural fit for her. Teresa studied public policy at Brown, and combined those skills with her passion for biking and walking by working to expand the bike path to the beach she loves. When their daughter, started school, she decided to fill that newly created open space by running for State Representative and is currently in her fourth term representing Narragansett, Peace Dale, and Wakefield. Teresa’s extensive knowledge of these neighborhoods and the broader community serve her well in helping people find the perfect match; whether planting seeds with a first home, putting down roots for a growing family, or realizing your own dream house at the beach in retirement.
Though her heart is in South County, Teresa works and has an extensive network of contacts throughout the state, and looks forward to helping you sell or buy in Rhode Island.
