About Teresa
Teresa has displayed her expertise over a 10+ year career, representing over $76MM in transactions. She holds a New York State license as an Associate Estate Broker. She advises buyers and sellers of residential property, as well as landlords and tenants in renting commercial spaces. Teresa builds her real estate business through ingenuitive research, tracking new construction permits through the Department of Buildings, compiling outreach campaigns while expanding her network of superb industry professionals. 

Her creativity takes form in her personal brands, "Making NYC Home" and "Making Westchester Home", where she hones in on her passion for marketing the lifestyles and uniqueness of each property she represents.  In an industry that constantly feels simply transactional and oftentimes jaded by sales agents with an "abrasive" negotiating style, Teresa's approach is consultative and relationship-based. She values maintaining the chill in the midst of the chaos of supply and demand and prioritizes quality time with each of her clients. This creates a deeply personal experience as she advises buyers on making long-term investment decisions. Born in New York City, and raised in Westchester County, Teresa earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Economics from Iona University. She has a natural knack for sales and an effective, one-of-a-kind, marketing style. She is well versed in the Manhattan, Brooklyn and Westchester County markets, as well as parts of Long Island City and Astoria in Queens.

Her desire to educate her clients comes from her cultural upbringing and frequent trips to discover and explore her family's roots in Italy. She has an unmatched affinity for her community, and the small businesses that create micro-economies out of some of NYC's most beloved neighborhoods. Teresa has a blog on MakingNYCHome.com where she posts case studies and relevant neighborhood events that tie into property value and ever-changing neighborhoods. Having purchased her first investment property in 2020, Teresa is in the process of expanding her rental portfolio and believes in the resilience of NYC as well as Westchester County as a hub of housing opportunities.
