Terence Rhea

Terence Rhea, originally from the Chicago area, has strong ties to New York and the east coast. He attended high school Blair Academy in New Jersey and Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania where he majored in business management and minored in Chinese. Passionate about sales and business management, he proceeded to work in the fast past environment of technology sales in the Washington DC area for companies like Bloomberg LP and 2U.

Moving to New York city was always a dream of Terence’s and with encouragement from friends and family he settled in Gramercy and began his career in real estate. Terence specializes in coop and condo sale transactions in Downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn. His clients include investors and primary users alike and he has been a member of Garson Team since 2023.
