Buying a home? I've heard about the stress factors. Jumping into an unknown world. Well, fortunate for me, I didn't experience any of the headaches and stressors others have. Why? Tenley, that is the reason. When I texted, she responded. When I called, nothing changed. She answered. Late into the night, or early in the morning, my needs were met. . Literally and figuratively there for you. Fourteen. Yes, 14 wanted to purchase the listing I can now call my own. How did Tenley make it happen? I don't know. It's safe to assume she's not good, but rather great at what she does. I am beyond impressed. So much buzz and interest, around what was once a listing, and is now my home. Tenley Gonzalez and Richard were amazing to work with, don't let Tenley's young look fool you. She was extremely knowledgeable in real estate and was quick to find an answer on a property when needed. She made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our time looking for a home. In the beginning we knew we had someone special. At our first showing with her, we were 30 minutes late because we got lost, but she stayed until we got there. She even met us to make sure we found the place. Both Richard and Tenley were patient and kind and didn't hurry us through the showings at all. They never pressured us, but gave us good advise on what we should do. Then when we found a place Tenley kept us up-to-date on what we should be doing during the escrow phase of the home buying process.
