"I worked with Ted on the 2013 sale of my San Francisco Pacific Heights home. The sale was not straightforward for a number of reasons but Ted pulled together a great process that generated strong interest in a rapid fashion. The bottom line is our home sold in less than a week, well above asking price and with no contingencies. Given some of the complexities this was an unexpected outcome but very much reflective of Ted's strength as a real estate broker associate. Importantly, Ted also is straightforward, has high integrity and is just a great overall person. I highly recommend him."

"I have known Ted for a long time, and he is the best. Ted handled a large transaction for our family in San Francisco in 2012 and was masterful at managing expectations, communicating effectively, and delivering a great result. Could not recommend anyone higher than Ted."

"Ted Bartlett did everything and more in the process of selling our house in San Francisco--He knows the City, deals well with people and has an extensive background in San Francisco real estate--I would recommend him without any reservations."

"Ted has been a trusted real estate advisor for us since 2001. He is very creative and puts his clients interests first. I believe Ted is the most connected and knowledgeable agent in SF. He also has a unique vision for how to improve a property with cost effective renovations. I would definitely recommend him."

"Ted Bartlett was a pleasure to work with both purchasing a new home and selling our home, both in San Francisco. He is extremely professional and his local knowledge from growing up and living in the area adds so much to the process. He is thoughtful and intelligent.

He helped us get the best price for selling our home, and also negotiated the best deal in purchasing a new house.

We would not use anyone else in the bay area!"

"I have worked with Ted for his whole real estate career. He is honest, professional, and extremely hard working. He has represented me in 7 different residential transactions both personally and professionally and exceeded my expectations every time. I will use him every time going forward as his transactional and market knowledge/savviness is by far the best I have seen in the field."
