After meeting with Prerana, we were impressed with her knowledge of the area (Fremont) since that has been her home for a number of decades and has been in the real estate business for about as long as she's lived there. To give a sense of how quick the whole home buying process was for us with Prerana at the helm, we contacted her on May 5, 2020, and closed on June 16, 2020. We had plenty of questions as we were first-time home buyers and Prerana had been responsive to our inquiries throughout the whole process. "Getting Prerana and Hiren as our REALTOR® when we bought a home was THE BEST decision we made during the process. We bought our home during the recession time 8 yrs ago with the help of them. We were very conservative personalities and first time home buyers. In our first meeting with Prerana she understood our personality and family needs and suggested us where to buy. At that time we told here we weren't sure where to buy. She immediately with no hesitation said, ok lets go and see some homes at every possible places that would suit us. And in a day she showed us about 10 homes and we decided on the location we wanted. After that we went to see many houses with her. She laid out the pros and cons of buying each home to us everytime and the price we could give an offer to get it. She never forced us to make a decision and let us come to a conclusion.
