About Taylor
Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Taylor moved to Bonita Springs, Florida in 2006 to pursue a career as a professional golfer. For several years, he traveled up and down the east coast of the United States and played in a variety of golf tournaments on various golf tours. During this time, Taylor suffered an injury and was forced to change his career plans and path in life. As they say, when one door closes another door opens.
With a prior interest in real estate, Taylor chose to move his drive, focus, and work ethic from athletics to real estate. His experience in golf and his knowledge in real estate has allowed Taylor to find a niche in golf course communities, making him one of the top producing agents in our market. Taylor started in the real estate industry in 2013 and has become a top producing agent multiple years in a row both in transactions and sales volume. He has managed to achieve multiple benchmarks and in 2021 grossed more than 25 million in sales volume, in 2022 more than 30 million in sales volume along with 75 transactions and more than 28 million in sales volume in 2023. Additionally, Taylor has been voted a top 500 agent by Real Producers magazine for 3 consecutive years as well as a RealTrends top producing agent signifying the top 1.5% of agents nationwide. As a family man, Taylor is happily married to his beautiful wife, Lindsey. He is a father to his young son Cole and daughter Charlee. When Taylor isn’t spending time with his family, you can usually find him on the golf course, in the gym, or keeping up with the South Carolina Gamecocks.
