Tatum got started in real estate at only 21 years old, giving her a unique perspective and extra years of experience most agents don't have. She has been dedicated to her career ever since now having worked hard for many years in the industry. She has specialized in tenant representation for rentals in NYC having completed over 400 transactions. She started her career with the Loftey team and in less than a year became the top performer for her company. After joining Compass in 2020 she continued to work relentlessly even through the pandemic, conducting virtual tours, pushing persistently on clients' behalf and doing whatever it took to create a comfortable and rewarding renting experience for her clients. 

Over the years, she has expanded her business to working exclusively for landlords helping them rent out their units and representing both buyers and sellers in all 5 boroughs of the city. She continues to perform as both a rentals and sales agent and is a one stop shop for all real estate needs!


Tatum loves to think outside the box and come up with creative ways to connect with new prospects and educate New Yorkers on the market. Collaborating with a Compass teammate, they created a TikTok account “@newyorkcityrealtor” that has accumulated 230,000 followers and over 40 Millions views. The real estate content showcases apartments ranging from $1600 a month to $40,000,000 homes. Having the most viewed real estate content on the app, she has been featured in numerous news platforms such as the Daily Mail, New York Post, Business Insider and Fox News, among others. 


Originally from Westchester NY and now based in the Upper West Side, New York has always been home. When she's not engrossed with the world of real estate, she enjoys sweating it out at Equinox, trying new restaurants, and shopping the latest fashion of the city. Tatum's clients praise her for her attentive communication, unique non sales personality and client stress management throughout the process. She looks forward to growing as a sales agent and plans to continue to strive for the best client experience, believing home buying should be a transparent and exciting process!
