"I think that Tammi's advice about what to do and where to price our property, had resulted in the best price, and the quickest and least complicated closing possible. " - Dudley

"Tammi helped us in finding our first family home in North Carolina. Things were done a little differently here than they were in MI, and she explained everything and walked us through the process of purchasing a house in a highly competitive (pandemic!) market. Naturally, you want to buy a house you will love for a good long while, but in a tight market you have to act quickly, and Tammi did a great job of balancing the two. We are very happy in our new home and highly recommend Tammi Garceron."

"If you’re looking for a realtor, stop looking and hire Tammi right now! She is so amazing I am not even sure how to put into words how great she is. As new home buyers, me and my husband were very nervous and unsure about the whole process but Tammi walked us through it and answered all our questions so clearly and thoughtfully. She helped us pick out our dream home and we couldn’t be happier with it! Her knowledge and expertise in the field of real estate is truly very impressive. And her dedication to me and my family finding the perfect home for us was so genuine. I have never met a better realtor." - Katherine

Although a native Floridian, Tammi has lived in the Triangle since 2005. She is an attorney by training but decided to forego her legal career to stay home and raise her children. She was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. After graduating from Florida State University College of Law, Tammi moved to Chicago where she worked as a Cooke County State’s Attorney. Soon after having her first child, Tammi’s new family moved to New Jersey to be closer to family where they lived for over eight years.
While returning from a family vacation on Topsail Island, N.C, a recruiter called her husband about a job opportunity in Durham, and her family moved to Cary in 2005. Tammi became a jack-of-all trades and master manager of all the activities of her family. She also remained busy in the community. She served as PTA president and a member of the Board of Directors of her children's charter school. She was one of the 3 original founders of a non-profit organization, Backpack Buddies, whose mission was to provide food to elementary school children in need. She also spent years volunteering as a Guardian AD Litem for Wake County representing at risk children in the court system.
After her daughter left for college, Tammi decided she was ready for a new challenge. She soon concluded that, as a realtor, she could use her communication and advocacy skills, attention to detail, experiences in the school system, moving from out-of-state and raising her family in the area to help people find a perfect home. From the very beginning, she was fortunate to be part of a very experienced and established team, The Christine Khoury Team at Compass. Tammi likes to get to know her clients and provide them with superior customer service.
In her free time, Tammi enjoys cycling, hiking, reading, boating and traveling.
