She advises her clients on which home updates will achieve the best return on investment, provides access to her extensive network of home prep professionals, and manages the entire prep process so that you can focus on other things. Her clients can take advantage of the Compass Concierge program to pay for home improvements through escrow, with no money needed upfront.

Tamara is dedicated to promoting healthier, non-toxic, energy-efficient, and sustainable homes and communities and has several professional green designations: EcoBroker, NAR GREEN and LEED Green Associate (2013-2015).

Originally from New York, Tamara has been a Bay Area resident for 24 years, now residing in Palo Alto. Prior to becoming a REALTOR® in 2012, Tamara worked in the startup sector in a variety of roles at early stage startup companies and with VCs/angel investors, law firms, and nonprofits. In her free time, Tamara can be found working on her passion project, a green business directory, RepublicofGreen.com, with listings for green builders, sustainable landscapers, and other green professionals. She also makes time for hiking, volunteering, and dinner with friends.
