When the initial place we were looking at didn't work out, Tala kept looking for us and eventually not only found us a rare three-bedroom condo in DC, but also negotiated an excellent price. The entire process from the initial search to the closing took less than a month. When the move actually happened she recommended a mover that was half the price of the first mover we talked to and was excellent in getting the job done. She was all we could have asked for in finding a home. FOLLOW UP (added 12/2) After finding our new home, we had to sell our townhome and once again we used Tala. She gave us recommendations on what to fix up, arranged for a group of real estate agents to set a price (which she raised for posting) and sold the home within one week (went on market 9/24, sold 10/1) - to our great relief, as we were paying two mortgages. We really can't say enough about Tala - she kept in contact through the whole process and kept us up to date on everything we needed to know/sign. She watered our plants at the old house when we had to leave town and arranged for a an expert stager and photos, and negotiated that price down as well. The whole process was smooth and (relatively) stress free. We would highly recommend her for both buyers and sellers.
