About Thomas
My name is Thomas F Wright Jr., I am a former hip hop artist, dancer, and a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker at Compass in Brooklyn, as well as the broker/owner of Wright Real Estate Services, LLC licensed in Ohio.
I was named after my father who said “you can be successful in real estate in any economy”. My firm in OH concentrates on large multi-family acquisitions and sales in addition to small office building acquisitions and sales. The OH firm also has a property management division with 70 units and is growing monthly. In New York I plan to work with investors looking to purchase and hold single and multi-family buildings in Brooklyn and Manhattan. I also will work with investors looking to buy-low, rehab, and then sell for a profit.
I bring 20 years of experience in the field of real estate. Throughout my career, I have had extensive opportunities to work with investors, list properties for banks and other lending institutions, and practice property valuation by banking standards. I also have an Associates's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management.
As a commercial broker, I helped clients secure long-term investments during the worst economy in decades, while also having one of the most productive years of my career. All of this also occurred in a city that ranked in the top 5 worst real estate markets in the country for foreclosure. When over a third of the licensees in the state were putting their licenses in escrow, I was starting my own firm. I have relationships with national banks and lenders that trust me to list and sell their REO assets. I’m looking forward to jumping in and replicating that success here in Brooklyn.
