"It's very difficult to summarize the value of Syndi's services in a short review, but I'll do my best. Simply put, this was one of the most satisfactory business transactions I have ever been a part of, and it was due almost entirely to Syndi's efforts. When we were considering selling our home, she accurately broke down the market dynamics and was spot-on in telling us when the peak time to sell was. Oh, and brought us an offer almost 5% over asking price.
With my wife 5 months pregnant, she then spent countless Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings in a 10-week span showing us any number of places. She looked up expired listings to see if owners might have interest in selling. She attempted to bargain creatively with sellers when she sensed an opening. She showed us places that weren't on the market. She took every phone call and beat every bush. When my wife and I found the place we wanted to purchase, she knew the market and allowed us to quickly sew up a deal for below asking price.
My wife and I were far, far from Syndi's most lucrative clients. But from late June to early October, not a day went by when we didn't feel like her most important clients." - Andrew

Among the many things we admire about Syndi and her team are the exceptional creative and marketing talent that they offer and genuine caring that they bring to the relationship with thier clients." - Michael

"Syndi is a go getter. She helped us get the house we wanted despite there being an accepted offer on it from someone else. We just moved in this weekend and could not be happier.
Thanks Syndi!" - Heather

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Syndi has enjoyed a 25-year career in marketing, branding and real estate. Her prior ventures and experience include The Buffalo Sabres/HSBC Arena, MetLife, redevelopment of the Porter Mill Studios site on Rantoul Street in Downtown Beverly, MA, and being a founding and managing member of Zero Gravity Basketball, LLC, a national youth basketball tournament operator originally established in Beverly, MA.
In 2014, armed with her belief that the Cape Ann/NorthShore area was an underappreciated market based on its naturaly beauty and easy commuter access to Boston, Syndi launched Nest | Syndi Zaiger Group in her hometown of Manchester-by-the-Sea with the mission of bringing a (then) new and better model to the industry. Her vision was a unique, team-centric approach, one that would be free from the limitations and often anti-collaborative culture of the solo-agent model and able to deliver more sophisticated services and solutions through the collective talent of its associates, each serving in designated roles. Now partnered with Compass, Syndi and her team are a top-producing North Shore real estate practice while Syndi has become a recognized industry expert with quotes and listings featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, NorthShore Magazine, Boston Magazine, Dwell and others.
Syndi continues to reside in Manchester-by-the Sea with her husband Adam, three daughters, two cats, two goldfish from the Topsfield Fair, and a hedgehog. She is a former President of the Manchester Memorial School PTO and currently serves as President of The Manchester Mothers' Club. In her spare time, Syndi enjoys the natural beauty of Cape Ann, the arts, and occasional weekend trips with family and friends to the Adirondacks and beyond.
