An enthusiastic top producer, Sven has successfully marketed and sold many architecturally significant and historically recognized properties, including Frank Sinatra's Twin Palm Estates (which he represented in three transactions with both sellers and buyers) designed by E. Stewart Williams as well as the Zanuck Estate and other larger luxury estates in the Movie Colony and Old Las Palmas neighborhoods of Palm Springs.
