About Suzanne
Passion. Integrity. Drive. Tenacity.
It’s not only how Suzanne Warner approaches her business—it’s the way she
lives her life.
Affiliated with Compass Real Estate, Suzanne dedicates all her experience and
expertise to helping clients win the deal, so they can win the next chapter of
their lives. As Principal of Warner Group Consulting with Compass, Suzanne
puts a world of gifts to work. A natural-born networker, Suzanne says she
embraced the opportunity to be around other luxury agents. “With Compass,
there’s a national network right at your fingertips. Being surrounded by proven
talent will only make your business stronger.”
“I’m passionate about networking, relationships, and selling. Plus, I love
interior design and marketing. Real Estate is very complex. I love that and this
is an industry that allows me to be very diversified in my business.”

is an industry that allows me to be very diversified in my business.”
Suzanne is licensed in both Texas and Colorado. She originally earned her
license more than six years ago. Warner Group continues to evolve as a brand
–moving into commercial and development work. Areas of expertise include
residential listings (Park Cities, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Castle Hills, and
Plano/Frisco) in town, investment properties, raw land, farm/ranch, unique
waterfront estates, luxury high-rise, and resort deals.
Brilliant Signs of Success
Suzanne brings with her an impressive track record: as a listing agent for the
505 Ranch Club, an exclusive community of 56 private waterfront homesites
along the banks of Cedar Creek Lake, Suzanne sold out the developer lots. She
also consulted on many designs/builds of several custom homes and recently
represented both sellers and buyers on several 505 transactions.
Today, Suzanne continues to build on her business and her record
achievements. She recorded $75 million in the last 18 months.
Supporting her success along the way are her Assistant/Transaction
Coordinator and Marketing Director. For all her achievements in the business
of real estate, Suzanne finds true rewards in life through her family, including
her son, Ryan, who is a licensed REALTOR in Austin; and her daughter, Grace,
who is pursuing her master’s degree in urban and community development at
the University of Colorado.
A native Texan, Suzanne has a longstanding love for water skiing as a
tournament competitor. She also loves snow skiing in Aspen, Basalt, and
Beaver Creek.
Working with Style
Before beginning her real estate business, Suzanne worked in the world of
luxury fashion. She’s also an avid event planner and marketer, tailoring a
specific, results-oriented platform for each unique property she represents.
Yet all share a common goal: getting the right people in the door. According to
Suzanne, it’s about catering to your audience. Among her most creative
endeavors are a martini party in her mid-century listing and local pop-up and
shop events in her Windrose Tower listing.
Suzanne’s official CV reveals more about this resourceful businesswoman. A
multi-faceted position at iconic specialty retailer Stanley Korshak highlights a
24+ year career in luxury fashion. As a buyer, she spearheaded the growth of
high-end menswear collections, including Kiton and Ermenegildo Zegna; as a
Personal Shopper, she ranked among the top producers with sales well over
$1.5 million annually on the side.
Relationships Are Everything
What kept her fiercely loyal clientele coming back? Along with impeccable
taste and an eye for design, Suzanne was also lauded for her focus, expedient
follow-through, and stellar customer service. “It’s all about matching the
right people with the right product,” she says. “In any service-oriented
industry, relationships are everything.”
Never one to rest on her laurels, Suzanne added Director of Marketing and
social media to her Korshak resume in 2015. “Exceptional product is a given.
But you need the whole package—merchandising, strategic planning,
advertising, public relations, and event planning—to truly optimize sales and
productivity.”
An admitted “remodeling 12-stepper,” Suzanne cites a life-long passion for
home interior design and remodeling as helping spur her to move from retail
into real estate. Yet her epiphany came during the re-do of her North Dallas
home—a project that brought into play the culmination of her skills, from
high-level negotiating to high-tech marketing. “Everything made sense after
seeing her house featured in Modern Luxury Dallas. I knew it was time to take
on a new challenge, personally and professionally.”
A Sense of Community
A firm believer in giving back, Suzanne is the founder and chair of Exposed, a
biennial event benefiting the AIM at Melanoma Foundation. The goal for 2023
was to raise funds for tissue bank research. Suzanne is also a supporter of The
Katy Trail, TACA, and One Man’s Treasure. “Compass’ strong sense of
community aligns perfectly with my philanthropic ideals. The agency is a
perfect fit in every sense,” she says.
When you talk with Suzanne, it’s easy to see how big her heart is and how she
is happy to step forward and go the extra mile for those around her.
Her helpful nature is also bolstered by her strong drive to get it done. “I’m
tenacious in the work that I do on behalf of others. As part of that, I like to be
very collaborative with other agents.”
As Suzanne continues to build for the future, she goes forward with deep
gratitude and a positive, collaborative nature. “I don’t claim to know
everything. I’ve connected to so many smart and successful people who have
helped me along the way. I am truly grateful for those who showed support,
inspired me, and most importantly chose to work with me.”
