About Suzanne
"Knowing there is no substitute for hard work, I put in the time and energy to allow my clients to be confident and well prepared for their transactions."
My career began at two of the "Big 5" accounting firms. Later, I transitioned to Wall Street, where I worked at a premier investment banking firm. With a BA in Psychology, I focused on Human Resources. My years in a highly competitive corporate environment allowed me to develop my analytical, communications and negotiations skills, which I now use for my real estate clients. Most important, in everything I do, is superior client service. I have lived in Manhattan for over 20 years, and I have experienced several real estate cycles. I relate to my clients on every level, having lived in rentals, condos and coops and having personally been a buyer and seller. I know how to find and add value in the service of my clients.
"New York Real Estate is exciting. The buyer and seller are the main characters in the story. My role is to help you accomplish your goal while making sure you enjoy the process."
