About Suzanne
Suzanne began her career in luxury residential real estate in June 1994, has closed more than $1Billion in real estate transactions and is a licensed sales agent in both New York and Pennsylvania.
Having maintained many relationships over the years, she continues to represent owners and investors in Manhattan by selling, managing, and leasing residences in Park Millennium, Millennium Tower, and beyond. In Pennsylvania Suzanne received a Luxury Marketing Award and supported multiple buyers in selling their residence and finding their next dream home.
Suzanne brings the unique ability to provide sales, leasing, and management services, as well as on-site new construction sales capability. She has also been successful raising private equity for recommended real estate opportunities. For Suzanne there is no task too small and no job too big, while always being focused on the customer's best interest.
In 2004, Suzanne served as Sales Director representing Oaktree Capital in selling their Sponsor units at Park Millennium. That year she sold and closed 76 residences for Oaktree in just 8 months, and completed more than $110M in transactions.
In 2013, Suzanne was tapped as a Senior Sales Associate to represent 50 United Nations Plaza in the on-site sales office of the luxury residential condominium by Zeckendorf Development. In addition to closing just under $80Million in sales at 50 United Nations Plaza, Suzanne worked directly with both buyers and brokers to sell the residences while also working with the sales team to coordinate and host events. She was responsible for developing and preparing custom partnership quarterly market reports as well as taking the lead with an international sales effort. Suzanne traveled extensively to Asia and the Middle East to hold exhibition events and private meetings with high-net-worth individuals. Suzanne recommended a review of property assessment for the project, which resulted in the Developer saving millions of dollars.
Suzanne’s honesty, integrity, belief in hard work and unsurpassed customer service, is complemented by her resources and commitment to relationships to make her the “go to” agent on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. In recent years, Suzanne has diversified her sales portfolio to include her hometown market of Bucks County.
Her success can be attributed to her years of diverse work, philanthropic and civic experiences. When not working, Suzanne and her husband Jim are foster parents and adoptive parents to their 14-year-old son Nicholas. She also devotes her time to worthy causes focused on the needs of children and is the former spokeswoman for Pennsylvania's Statewide Adoption Network and successful, "Meet the Kids" Program. Suzanne loves to travel and exercise and is an elected Auditor in Langhorne Manor Borough. She also loves her havapoos, Bond & Moneypenny!
