"We had the pleasure of working with Suzanne twice over the course of a few years. She was extremely professional, friendly and went out of her way to help us through the process. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on our needs. We were relocating to Los Angeles from N. Cal and had no knowledge of neighborhoods within the greater L.A. area. To top it off we were in N. Cal most of the time so we needed a realtor that would be actively engaged and willing to do a lot of footwork on our behalf rather than just adding us to their email communication listing that sends you homes for sale. After 4 years of living in Los Angeles we found ourselves relocating back up to the Bay Area, so of course the first person we called was Suzanne to help us sell our L.A. home and again we received outstanding service. I had already relocated back to N. Cal with our children and my husband was flying a lot for work, so Suzanne handled all the pre-listing whatnots to get the house ready for the market and even staged the house herself for us! The home buying and selling process can be a very stressful time. Suzanne was so personal and made you feel like a family member was helping you through the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the Los Angeles/Santa Monica area."
